People say, “Well, isn’t it the same as updating your Facebook status?” And I kindly reply, “Well, no, not really.” Then they ask me to explain it further and every time it just seems to get harder and harder to vocalize exactly what Twitter is and exactly WHY it is so addicting. Everyone’s in on it! My mom even signed up for Twitter but she doesn’t know what the hell for, she just heard it was the “new thing.” Hell, relationships are ending because of Twitter addictions!!!

So when I found the following animation on YouTube, I thought I’d post it here so that anyone wondering what the fuss is all about can check it out. For those of you already on the Twitter bandwagon, I hope you find this as funny as I did.
